Agata Czech is a Research Assistant at the University of Cambridge, who combines her passion for using data to inform policy and change, with her background in social sciences to contribute to the I3GF Project, which aims to improve inclusivity in grant funding. Previously she has worked on a project examining gender gap in faculty’s promotions at University of Geneva. She holds a BA in International Development from University of East Anglia and is soon to graduate with a MSc in Economics from University of Geneva.
