Annabel Manley currently works as an ODI Fellow in the Rwandan Revenue Authority, with a focus on building capacity among research staff and introducing a data governance framework for the organisation.
Prior to this, Annabel was a Research Assistant at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy, including work on data valuation methodologies and the Ada Lovelace ‘Rethinking Data’ project.
Annabel holds an MPhil in Economics and is interested in the role of data and public digital infrastructure on productivity.
