Beatriz Vasconcellos

Beatriz Vasconcellos is a Research Fellow at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP). She leads a research group on State Capacity in the Digital Era and works with Professor David Eaves on research related to digital public infrastructures. Her areas of expertise are public governance, international development, digital transformation, and long-term state capacities.
