Ben Lucas

As Managing Director of Metro Dynamics, Ben advises places on inclusive growth, governance and devolution. He has worked with cities, businesses and charities, as well as ministers, officials, mayors and leaders, and also set up and ran the 2020 Public Services Commission and the RSA City Growth Commission. He is a Trustee, and Deputy Chair of the Early Intervention Foundation.
