Boxi Wu

Boxi Wu is a DPhil researcher at the Oxford Internet Institute and a member of the Oxford-Aalto Digital Economic Security Lab. Their research explores the politics of digital infrastructure, focusing on data centres and GPUs. Boxi has contributed to policy research on digital infrastructure for the OECD, AI Now Institute and Think20. Before academia, Boxi worked in AI Ethics & Safety at Google DeepMind where they specialised in the responsible governance of frontier AI models.
