Burcu Sevde Selvi

Research Assistant

Burcu is a Research Assistant at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy. Her main research interests revolve around labour economics, specifically focusing on the dynamics of the school-to-work transition, skills mismatch, and gender differences in economic behaviour.

She has experience working on several projects on the fundamental dynamics of school-to-work transition, measuring skills mismatch in the higher education system and forming a centralised human resources database for public institutions in Türkiye.

Burcu holds an MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Economics from Bilkent University.
