Caroline Lee is a Senior Research Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership with over 20 years’ experience in project and programme evaluation and research across a variety of policy areas, including public health and mental health, employment and education, with experience across a range of research methodologies, from literature review, evidence synthesis to survey and qualitative methodologies. She believes context is everything, and favours realist approaches to investigation: what works, for whom, in what circumstances.
