Prof Ciaran Martin

Ciaran Martin is Professor of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. Previously, he was the first Chief Executive of the National Cyber Security Centre at GCHQ. He served as Constitution Director in the Cabinet Office from 2011 to 2014.
