Geoff White is an economist who worked in HM Treasury and the Department of Trade and Industry before directing a wide range of policy evaluations with PwC, Public and Corporate Economic Consultants (PACEC) and SQW. He advised HM Treasury on the revision of its Magenta Book and designed the impact evaluation framework for the Regional Development Agencies. He now works as a freelance adviser on policy evaluation theory and practice.
