Guy Lalanne is Acting Head of Division – Productivity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Previously, he held several positions in the French Treasury, notably as Secretary General of the macroprudential authority and Head of the Industrial Policy, R&D and Innovation Division, and in the French National Statistical Institute. Guy holds a PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and degrees from ENSAE Paris and École Polytechnique.
