Ira Poensgen is a student in the MPhil Environmental Policy at the University of Cambridge. She previously completed the MSc. International Political Economy at the London School of Economics and holds an undergraduate degree from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Her current research interest lies in the role that monetary policy can play in supporting the transition towards a low-carbon economy.
