Dr Jack Sheldon

Jack Sheldon is National Parliament Representative (Committee Office EU liaison and interparliamentary relations lead) at UK House of Lords. He was previously Policy Analyst to the European Affairs Committee.

Jack completed a PhD at the University of Cambridge, where his doctoral research examined how MPs seek to represent sub-state territories such as Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the UK House of Commons.

Prior to this, Jack worked at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy as a researcher on the ESRC-funded project ‘Between Two Unions: The Constitutional Future of the Islands after Brexit’.
