Kelly Shuttleworth was a Research Assistant working on a research project led by Professor Michael Kenny, exploring the British state’s approach to devolution across the UK since 1999, and contemporary pressures upon the domestic union in the wake of Brexit and Covid-19.
Kelly previously worked at the Institute for Government, focusing on devolution and transport, and at the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law. She graduated from UCL with a degree in Law, then completed a Master’s degree in International Political Theory at the University of St. Andrews.
