Dr Kwadwo Oti-Sarpong

Kwadwo Oti-Sarpong is a Senior Research and Teaching Associate in Urban Systems and Infrastructure Management at the Cambridge Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction (CSIC) in the Civil Engineering Division of the Department of Engineering. His interdisciplinary research trajectory, often inspired by a social constructivist perspective, falls under the overarching theme of technological innovations in the built environment. In his current role, he conducts research into responsible placed based leadership for developing and implementing digital innovations in the urban built environment to deliver public value.

His work with the Bennett Institute for Public Policy will explore digital innovations in the built environment.

He obtained his PhD in Construction Technology & Project Management from the University of Hong Kong (HKU and has has held post-doctoral positions in HKU’s Department of Real Estate & Construction, and the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge.
