Dr Luca Gamberi

Affiliated Researcher

Luca Gamberi is the Research Lead in Anmut’s Research & Development (R&D) team. His work centres on the development of methods for valuing and managing intangible assets throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on data assets. In collaboration with the Bennett Institute, Luca explores ways to quantify firms’ productivity, economic outcomes, and broader stakeholder impact related to the use of information assets and their effect on asset valuation.

Luca’s broader academic interests include the mathematical modelling of socio-economic systems with significant policy implications, including parliamentary dynamics, decision-making in assemblies and the statistical physics of voting and complexity, which were the focus of his PhD at the Department of Mathematics, King’s College London. More recently, Luca developed an information pricing framework inspired by statistical physics of games of chance, which bridges the fields of data asset management and physical models.
