Stephen Tierney

Stephen Tierney is Professor of Constitutional Theory, Edinburgh Law School and Legal Adviser to the House of Lords Constitution Committee. He is the author of Constitutional Referendums: The Theory and Practice of Republican Deliberation (OUP, 2012) and The Federal Contract (OUP, 2022).
