Would a four-day working week make us more productive?

Bennett Institute researchers, Nina Jorden and Ayontala Alayande, conduct an independent analysis of South Cambridgeshire District Council's performance data during a four-day working week trial to show it was within normal levels compared to the average over time.

“Through rigorous data collection and analysis, we were able to demonstrate how the Four Day Week positively impacts individual wellbeing, increases workplace productivity, and maintains – in some services even improved – council performance. ”
